ByteReactr (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the following applications and services:
- SHxTLxST — iOS application for resale inventory management and marketplace listing
- Atlas IDE — macOS application for AI-assisted software development
This privacy policy applies to both applications and our website at bytereactr.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account credentials: Email address and password when you create an account
- Listing data: Item descriptions, prices, photos, and metadata you enter to create marketplace listings
- Profile information: Display name and preferences you choose to provide
Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Operating system version, device model, and app version for compatibility and debugging
- Usage analytics: Feature usage patterns and crash reports, collected only with your consent
- Camera access: Photo capture for item listing images (iOS only). Photos are processed on-device and stored only when you choose to save them to a listing.
Information from Third-Party Services
- Marketplace integrations: When you connect an Etsy, eBay, or Pinterest account, we receive your shop name and listing metadata through authorized OAuth APIs. We do not access your marketplace password.
- Payment processing: We do not process payments directly. Any in-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store payment system (SHxTLxST only).
2. How We Use Your Information

- Sync your inventory across devices
- Diagnose and fix technical problems
- Communicate important updates about our services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local storage: SHxTLxST stores your inventory data locally on your device. Cloud sync, when available, uses end-to-end encryption.
- Local processing: Atlas IDE operates primarily on your local machine. Build artifacts, project files, and code never leave your device unless you explicitly share them.
- Encryption: All data transmitted between our applications and servers uses TLS encryption.
- Retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

OAuth tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time from your account settings.
Atlas IDE

Atlas IDE connects to AI model providers only when you initiate a request. Your code and project files are sent only to the model provider you select. We do not train models on your code.
5. Your Rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Revoke third-party OAuth connections at any time

6. Children’s Privacy
Our applications are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
7. International Users
Our applications are available worldwide. If you are accessing our services from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you have the rights described in Section 5, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date
- Displaying an in-app notification for significant changes
Your continued use of our applications after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
